Lemon Pepper Roasted Chickpeas
This easy recipe only requires a few ingredients, many of which you probably already have at home. These roasted chickpeas are great as a snack, to put on top of a salad, or even eaten as part of an entree.

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Strain and rinse the can of chickpeas. Then blot dry using a paper towel.
  3. Add the chickpeas to a bowl and toss with olive oil.
  4. Roast the chickpeas in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until they are super crispy and a little brown.
  5. Add lemon pepper seasoning and salt and pepper.
  6. Enjoy!!
Recipe Notes

Feel free to add or sub any kind of seasoning you’d like. You can make them spicy with a pinch of cayenne and chili powder, savory with garlic and onion powder, or even sweet with cinnamon and a little pinch of sugar.

 

If you have an air fryer, you can make these in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 15 minutes tossing occasionally.
