Chocolate Banana Bread Bars
These banana bread bars are dense and chocolatey. The boast quite a bit of fiber from the bananas, almond flour, and coffee flour. They are also gluten-free – yay for inclusivity! You’ll want to make these ASAP.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Blend your bananas, egg, and vanilla extract in a blender until combined
  3. Place almond flour, coffee flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl and whisk to combine
  4. Add your wet mixture to the dry ingredients. Gently mix until combined. Then add in the chocolate chips
  5. Pour mixture into an 8×8 greased pan. Spread the batter so that its evenly distributed in the pan.
  6. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool and ENJOY.
Recipe Notes

I got my coffee flour at Trader Joe’s. You can leave the coffee flour out of this recipe; I liked it in the recipe, though, because it added another layer of flavor. You can swap the coffee flour for coconut flour.
