These bars have coffee flour in them which boasts 6 grams of fiber per tbsp. Compare that to regular flour that has .2 g of fiber per tbsp – coffee flour has considerably more! Coffee flour is made from the coffee cherry: the large fruit that coffee beans grow inside of. The coffee cherry is dried and ground up into coffee flour and is an excellent addition to baked goods.
